Trigun. While both shows emphasize style, to me Soul Eater was just full of style and nothing else. Trigun almost went down the same road, but the second half really saved the series from that fate and Trigun entirely deserves its place on its pedestal.

Brotherhood, Bebop and Spirited Away all in one portion of the bracket. Oof.

I do still need to watch Code Geass the whole way through someday (I really only watched an episode here and there when it was on Adult Swim... which, aside from the more episodic series, usually is not the best way to get into most anime), but I doubt it'll top Brotherhood for me. I've already re-watched it twice since it finished premiering in NA, and I'm thinking about watching it again soon.

EDIT: I'm voting FMA, in case that wasn't already apparent.
