I am making a deltarune x earthbound au and made this for it. He is a Spamton porky swap and his name is HAMton. Instead of an Email scammer he sells bootleg merch. I worked hard on him so I hope you guys like it.
He is also a shadow puppet because Spamton is a ventriloquist dummy.
I haven't posted in such a long time. I don't do much art nowadays. I haven't for years even though in the back of my mind, I always want to. There's this weird disconnect. I frequent this thread even when I'm not posting myself. I just wanted to say thank you to all you wonderful artists for keeping this thread alive. Special shoutout to @Zuljaras for their amazing art over the years.
Here are the scraps I could find when looking for something I haven't posted previously starting with three pictures from Inktober 2020. The second and last Inktober I did.
Day 5: Blade
I wanted to draw something from Xenoblade and always liked Pandoria's design. The idea here was that she stopped Turters from escaping. I rewatched the character introduction cutscene much later and was reminded that Turters is actually really small. Let's just say he grew up since then.
Day 8: Teeth
This is my rendition of Papa Roach's Crooked Teeth album cover. It was the most effort I'd put in a drawing for a good while.
Day 24: Dig
Picture I drew based on StreamWorld Dig. The two protagonists happen to meet by digging down the same wall.
Random assortment of pixel art
Stork from Yoshi's Island, Hatsune Miku and Mimikyu. These were all designed with Hama/Perler beads in mind. Although Mimikyu is recycled from earlier black and white version I created for a Picross puzzle.
Tiki, Fire Emblem Cipher
I did some GB(C) mockups at one point and this is an incomplete version of the Tiki card I made for my Fire Emblem Cipher GBC mockup. It wouldn't be possible to render this on an actual Game Boy Color. In the final version, the blue background behind Tiki is replaced with the green of her hair and couple of 8x8 areas with 5 colors are fixed to only use 4 colors. I don't have that version at hand now so this'll do.
Here's the original card art to anyone who might be interested. It's based on her appearance in Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE. I specifically chose this card because of its multicolor nature. Most Cipher cards have only one background color based on the game they're from but this specific Tiki counts as both red (FE1-3) and blue (Awakening) unit which is great when you need to design around hardware limitations. My goal was to be able to have any two cards side by side so I had to make sure a red-blue (TMS ♯FE) card can coexist with a black-white (Revelations, Fates is divided into Hoshido and Nohr) card.
