Topic: Nintendo Switch Year in Review question.

For the 2024 year in review, will games that I played in late December count? For this year's review, I've played a ton of Star Ocean The Second Story R recently, but it says I only have one hour. Does anybody know what that cutoff date is? I don't know why, but having these stats is kind of cool!

It seems this year they didn't include games played in December. Even in previous years, December was always shortened because they would release the year in review in the middle of the month. Each year has a different one though so it's hard to say if they'll move the cutoff date next year.

Looks like the cutoff date is on December, yeah. I've 100%'d Super Mario Bros. Wonder last month, and my Switch play activity said "played for 15 hours or more." This month, I came back to the game to play its online, and that was before the year in review showed up. Then it said "played for 20 hours or more." Now, the year in review is here, and that said I played the game for 19 hours. So it didn't take into account how much I played in December. Kinda weird... but it is what it is.
