1: He's not at ALL fat, ok. If you honestly think so, then you're hopelessly ignorant. And that's being nice.
2: Grow some hair? What's wrong with being bald? Lots of people are bald, and most bald people look great. Much better than if they had hair.
I can understand disliking how someone looks, but let's not be a total about it.

I sometimes go with a #1 on top and 2 weeks worth of stubble. Facial hair longer than head hair is awesome!! Grrr!

There's a bit of that, but also, there's quite a large amount of "I'm gonna punch you in the face for calling me fat and stupid".

Nope. Forget that I have Soup Nazi for my avatar. No mustaches on my person (or my upper lip either ). Where I live, if you have a mustache, you're either a cowboy/country type, or your a Matthew McConaughey in "Dazed & Confused" stoner type! Of which, neither I am. Or maybe I'm jealous that I can't grow one as good-looking as Tom Selleck's or aforementioned denier of soup!
