I hate how they named Mario Kart 3DS "Mario Kart 7" Why 7?? It's not like it's a sequel to the previous games. It's just another entry. It's also not even accurate. This is the ninth entry into the Mario Kart franchise, but I suppose they call it seven because most people wouldn't know about the two arcade ones. But why even start the confusion when they could have gone with "3D" or "3DS" or even "Mario Kart: The Next Dimension"...

Why name Windows 7 Windows 7? And I think when Nintendo called it 7 they were referring that its the 7th Mario Kart game released for home consoles.
