Addressing the first one: He's a ruthless perfectionist, just like sakurai, which is a good thing for everyone else.
Addressing the second: He's allowed to have personal preference, and many people agree with that.
Addressing the third: Wasn't that only his original idea? And then he expanded upon it, to make a beautiful game.
Addressing the fourth: He can tell when one of his ideas is a bit far fetched.
And You should've used the example of Miyamoto disliking f-zero GX.

I'll just say that f-zero GX was almost unanimously the best one yet. :3 of course, it had Sega, so that was probably why.

Too much credit? Creating the most successful franchises of all time is a pretty big deal. Making OoT alone gives him immortality in the gaming world.

I personally don't like all his comments, or ideas, past, or present. But he did, & sometimes still does create some great stuff. The Koopalings should still be Bowser's children.
also why couldn't a first person Zelda game work? I mean, god forbid a Nintendo game do something different. That didn't work at all for something like Metroid-OH WAIT.
