For a fake cash ISA for the value of £20,000 The company looks reputable enough and the bank said that it would take approx 2 hours for the transaction to go through the company itself said that any transactions made after 3.30pm would take overnight.
The thing is I've just checked the ISA and the money's still not there although it has left my bank account.
I've not yet phoned the company as it is too early or the bank.
Anyone know of anything I can do if the company or my bank don't give a satisfactory responses.
Worried now, the company is not sending me text passcodes so I can log on to my account.
@Dhaladog Hey there, really sorry to hear about this! I would recommend contacting the company or your bank as soon as you can, as they will be able to give the best advice.
