Parks and Recreation, The Hunting Trip episode had me in tears! Community, 30 Rock, The Big Bang Theory, The Office, and New Girl are also pretty funny. The new seasons of the Office and 30 Rock aren't quite as funny as seasons past, but they're still entertaining.

Alan Partridge - Must have watched these 100 times or more they never get old. Utter Legend! Brass eye -Absolute Genius. (though anything by Chris Morris is usually Hilarious.Check out his film Four Lions for the funniest film about terrorism you will ever see )
Futurama - I hope I don't have to explain this one.
Runner-ups:
Looney Toons - it greatly, greatly, greatly disappoints me that no one else has mentioned this, even in passing, yet Animaniacs and Tiny Toons get mentioned instead. This show is an all-time classic, with some of the most memorable jokes in history. The only thing stopping it from topping Futurama is Bender.
Sgt. Frog - One of the few Japanese shows I've ever laughed out loud to. It's got some real gold in here, especially the Funimation version. Which reminds me, I need to go finish the third Funi season! Bai~
Some good ones are Seinfeld, The Office (US), Cheers, 30 Rock, Family Guy, Invader ZiM, Spongebob Squarepants (1998-2004 episodes), and The Cosby Show.

Well of course I love Looney Tunes. Animaniacs and Tiny Toons were directly inspired by the classic Looney Tunes.
I also love the Hanna-Barbara Tom & Jerry cartoons, along with Tex Avery's stuff.
