Topic: Club Nintendo Rewards. ^_^

I just got my platinum reward in the mail yesterday. It's the figurine that has the whole Super Mario gang on it, coolest reward I've seen yet. It came in a yellow box with question marks on it, and included a thank you note for helping Nintendo 'put smiles on gamers faces' by taking part in the surveys. If you didn't know already, by registering your products at https://club.nintendo.com/ and filling out surveys, you get coins that can be redeemed for goodies. You can also get a special yearly reward without using any of your coins. Anyhoo, the point of this post is, as small a thing as it is, it means a lot, and adds a personal touch. These things cost money to produce, and the cost of shipping to the members... It's just really refreshing when I can't turn my other systems on without being bombarded with advertisements. I think Microsoft would charge me for turning my 360 on if they could. Now that I think about it, shouldn't being subjected to all those commercials entitle me to free live? I mean, that's how commercial radio and television works, right? All I'm saying is it's nice to be appreciated once in a while. And I, er, appreciate being appreciated.

Looks like it's coming soon. The get it now page was up a little earlier. They took it down shortly after I found it. Trying to get it resulted in my coins being safe with wario

Seems like Club Nintendo's freakin' out again, as I'm now encountering a display bug where none of the rewards on the Rewards Catalog are appearing. When they do appear though, the link simply refreshes the Reward Catalog page instead of taking me to the page for the reward itself.

I'm kinda surprised that they're still having so many issues; you'd think that traffic would've died down by now considering it's been a couple of days since the site updated. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait to redeem my coins.

The back end (club-catalog.nintendo.com) is down too. That's the part that actually handles orders and spits out download codes.

They're probably reworking it for flipnote.

I tried to get Animal Crossing Cards, only to greeted by Wario told me something is wrong, since no confirmation on the page or email sent, I retried three times and still no luck.
Later, I discovered that my coins were already deducted 1200, so I guess I just did triple order and coin was deducted twice, and the third is failed since I don't have necessary coins. And now I sad since I can't order Star Fox nor check order history because the site was down again.

Please don't say that graphic in games are not important. It hurts me as a game graphic artist.

Everybody worries too much. This happens all the time with this site. I've seen my coins not deducted for hours and I've seen zero coins before. I'VE been platinum for well over 5 months and sometimes it shows I'm gold or nothing. It's been a slow to bad site for all these years and quite frankly needed to go. Your coins are fine just give it some time.

I know there are display issues with the site, but coins being deducted 1200 is a specific amount, because it means the order went through twice. I have seen all my coins, and I have seen 0 coins when I do have some, but never any other number.
