I just got my platinum reward in the mail yesterday. It's the figurine that has the whole Super Mario gang on it, coolest reward I've seen yet. It came in a yellow box with question marks on it, and included a thank you note for helping Nintendo 'put smiles on gamers faces' by taking part in the surveys. If you didn't know already, by registering your products at https://club.nintendo.com/ and filling out surveys, you get coins that can be redeemed for goodies. You can also get a special yearly reward without using any of your coins. Anyhoo, the point of this post is, as small a thing as it is, it means a lot, and adds a personal touch. These things cost money to produce, and the cost of shipping to the members... It's just really refreshing when I can't turn my other systems on without being bombarded with advertisements. I think Microsoft would charge me for turning my 360 on if they could. Now that I think about it, shouldn't being subjected to all those commercials entitle me to free live? I mean, that's how commercial radio and television works, right? All I'm saying is it's nice to be appreciated once in a while. And I, er, appreciate being appreciated.

My computer whiz friend believes the Club Nintendo web site must run on a cluster of old Game Boys, lol. Even when the site isn't busy, it's pretty flaky about taking forever to log in and not accepting surveys and giving errors.

So I guess we got our answer on never getting themes for coins. Seems pointless now. I'm going to have just under 100 coins left when I get what I want and would be nice if I could get a theme or 2 at 50 coins or less.

Welp I spent the last of my coins, got 20 left which will get deleted sadly, but I got the Majora's Mask Messenger bag, Doc Louis's Punch Out, and Dr Luigi, now to wait for elite rewards, flipnote/Mewtwo codes, and for my physical rewards to ship.

Well, I have 400 coins left, and I've compiled a list of stuff I have a slight interest in and don't already have. I just don't know what to get.

400 - 3DS Game Case
~~300 - NES Remix~~
250 - Fluidity
250 - Dillon's Rolling Western

EDIT: Nevermind, I don't want NES Remix anymore. Maybe I'll just get Fluidity.

Fluidty is a fantasticly fun and creative little game. Its surprisingly metroidvania esque. Highly recommend it.

Is this the last batch of prizes or will there be more in say a few weeks?

This is the last of the stuff until elite rewards come, other then that we will get flipnote this week and Mewtwo between now and April.

@Undead_terror: Ok good to know I wasn't sure if it was ok to blow all my coins now or save them in case some more were added.

I am getting Doc Louis for sure since I have been wanting that one for my Punch Out collection. I am thinking also of picking up an F Zero but which one would you guys recommend?

@Tasuki I think F-zero X would be the best to pick up since it got more content then the others, plus it's awesome all around.

So I was right about them bringing back Doc Louis's Punch Out, I just think now they should offer Donkey Kong Original Edition for those who didn't get it, maybe it could be a gold reward for elite or something, also would be nice to bring back Four Swords to all Club Nintendo for those who didn't get the game if possible.

@Undead_terror: Thanks again. And I thought they did have Four Swords in the eShop for sale. I thought I read somewhere that they were going to make it available for purchase or was that some limited time thing?

It was free and it only had two runs which is some what bull...they should have it out for as long as possible, the eshop needs a free game and more people keep getting a 3DS, let it be a treat for all!

I agree. I got it the first time they offered it and I knew of the second time but I could have sworn I heard that they were going to make it available to purchase. Guess I am mistaking though.
