I'm Gold Status already for this new year and only need 120 Coins to reach Platinum Status!

Wait... Do you mean you buy 3DS/Wii U games AND VC, or... You buy A LOT of VC games?

I'm hoping for a free Wii U game or a Amiibo figure or a Super Smash Bros. demo.

I hope it's something exclusive, not something I can just go to the store and buy.

I doubt it will be a free Wii U game. The have never given a free game out in the past and I dont see them starting now. Besides they already have the free game promo going on right now with Mario Kart 8.

I should be used to this by now, but the wait kills me every year.

Yeah it did me too, but this year since I only got Gold status I am not to excited to find out I get a calender.

Or a Virtual Console game.

If it's anything like years past it's one I already have. :/

This is the first year (since I've had an account) that I've missed out on elite status (only 150 coins this last year).

Oh well, there's always next year.

Actually, I got the calendar last year, and while initially disappointed, once I actually got it I really liked it.

Now, it's going to be a desk calendar (not a wall calendar), but It's something that's useful all year round, and unlike the Platinum rewards tend to do, it's more than just Mario.

I eagerly await the next month to see what game is going to be honored next. For last year's calendar (which covers this year) January was Wii Party U, February was Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, March was Pikmin 3, April was Wonderful 101, May was Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS, June was Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, and July is Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.

I'm starting to notice something on Club Nintendo.The physical rewards are slowing selling out and never coming back.What do you guys think this means?

Same here! I had nearly all of them, it was between a cheap gameboy game(Metroid 2) or Mario vs. DK march of minis, I went with Mario vs. DK, since that one was a bit pricier(Though I eventually did buy Metroid 2).
And honestly didn't like the game.

Hoping something good comes, last year I was only a gold member, so I missed out on Majora's Mask CD, this time I'm an Elite member, so I'm hoping for something good, or at least a statue I can sell online

I think Nintendo is going to reveal new physical rewards when the games change over on July 7th. But of course, they're going to wait to reveal the Elite rewards because that'd be too easy.

Probably not, and Nintendo is known for delaying the unveiling of new games. Low expectations means either extreme surprise or minute disappointment.

As for games, I'm hoping for Paper Mario (playable on Wii). I didn't have the coins for it last time it was up, and I haven't played it since it was out on N64, so I want to give it a go again.

An obscure eShop game that most people don't care for.
An overpriced VC game for 3DS.
An actually good SNES game on the Wii U VC that everyone already has.
An N64 game that makes everyone wonder why N64 VC on the Wii U isn't a thing yet.

Nah you forgot about the obligatory DSiWare and WiiWare games that come up every other month.

By the way, remember when the new games used to come up at noon EST the Monday after the expiration? Lately they've been posted up much later in the day.
