Super Mario Sunshine. I really tried to like it as much as 64 or Galaxy, but no...

Sure, it's a bit unfair to pit it against those two masterpieces, and it was a good game in tis own right, I found it too hard to control and the camera was bad.

Biggest waste of $1 I ever spent.

I'd avoid walking down dark alleys for awhile, if I were you.

Dragon Age:
I'm sorry but making this game look realistic really made it boring for me... I mean it had some ok parts but honestly take away the pretty graphics (which I cannot understand how many gamers base their ratings on) and this game would probably fall from its high place.

Halo:
The only thing I enjoyed about this game, was one time when we had like 15 people over and all played multiplayer... still one of the best gaming nights I ever had.

oh and just

Any games that try to look photo real:
I mean really, these don't seem like games to me... they just seem like snooze fests. It's like I don't know (and look, there I go judging a game for graphics ) but what I'm trying to say is; When I play A video game I want it to be a step out of reality, not a step into it. (i don't know it's hard to explain really...)

Honestly the only thing good about DKC is the art. By art I mean graphics and music. It IS pretty shallow gameplay-wise. Miyamoto dislikes it, and I can understand why. I personally like it because art is a huge part of games for me.

actually Miyamoto does like it, it was a bad E-Mail back in the day (because E-Mail just started) and he confermed it last year with the announcement of DKCR

Twas true! Mr. Miyamoto was just too busy making Yoshi's Island that he got a bit cranky. He hated the fact that some of his co-workers wanted Yoshi's Island to have DKC-style graphics, not the colored pencil drawings that he envisioned. Miyamoto doesn't hate DKC, he hates when people tell him how to do his job.

I'm back (for the moment)!

Nintendogs- It's a great virtual pet game.
just not my thing.

Also I hate people who bash good games for being "exactly the same" as other games in the series.

Can't let you BREW that Starfox!

About Dragon Age.

I thought the graphics were ho-hum for this generation of systems and against games already out there. In fact, the graphics category was where reviewers generally took points away, so it's interesting to hear someone talk about how people rated it high only because of the graphics.

Even without the top notch graphics, the story mechanics and character development were unrivaled and the gameplay was good (not perfect by any means).

I 100% agree

Final Fantasy I - I actually kind of like it, but the random battles every five seconds drive me absolutely insane.

Scribblenauts - The concept is brilliant, but pretty much everything about this game rubs me the wrong way. I'm not sure why.

Super Scribblenauts gets the mechanics right, but loses the same magic the original had. I guess it was too hard to get the best of both worlds.

I never liked the Metroid Prime series much. Although, I did get the second one recently and am quite enjoying it. Oh, and the random battling in the early Final Fantasies drove me insane. Literally. Then there's Grand Theft Auto, I always thought the missions were dull and repetitive and loitering only kept me interested for a couple of hours. Not to mention any realistic racing games. They are just the worst. so boring

Super Mario Galaxy 2. Everyone goes gaga about the "retro map" and the levels are even more linear than they were in SMG. It just is not my type of game...

I've never played the Bad Company games but everything I've heard makes it sound like it got rid of a lot of what people loved about the first game, mainly the character and humor, which was HOW THE GAME WAS ADVERTISED. So I can see this.

Still sounds better than a Michael Bay movie disguised as a game though.

I completely agree. Super Mario Galaxy was so much better than Galaxy 2. Linear Mario is the worst kind of Mario.

Anything Grand theft Auto related.....A lot of people trash COD on here, and I may be one of them but I loath GTA to no end.
Sonic the hedgehog(both 2D & 3D), Kirby's Adventure, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, All of the big Sims, Shooters and RTS's in existense.

As for RPG's....Getting a taste of Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy IV and Earthbound was nice, and i see the awesomeness but turn based combat gets tiring, tedious and boring(for me) after a while, but i won't say i dislike them, especially the RPG's during the SNES era....But as of late, i have a strong dislike for modern RPG's, franchises such as Gears of War, Halo and Call of Duty as well. Throw in Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Tomb Raider and God of War, Virtua Fighter and Dead or Alive.

Would you care to explain these?

I really didn't want to say this but I'll say Rhythm paradise. its such a charming game and the mini-games are delightfully quirky and crazy and I found them enjoyable at first but the difficulty spiked way too early and it just gout so frustrating.

This, apart from pokemon link, that game was a lot of fun, I played it so much after I stopped liking pokemon that I completed it.
