Topic: Are we getting a February Nintendo Direct?

In all seriously, I don't think the question is "will we get a Direct, this month," I think it's "WHEN will we get a Direct, this month?" And my bets are on February 14th, because I'm OCD, and expect Nintendo to end the "EAR OB RUIGI" on the same day of the year in which it started. I also expect this month's Direct to be about the "'Ear ob Yoshi." Because we need more Yoshi in our lives!

A nifty calendar (Updated 9/13/15)
The UGXloggery ... really needs an update.

Sigh, unless one pops up for tomorrow, I doubt we'll get one this week...

I don't know really...we just got the poke bank, 2 release dates on upcoming games, news about eshop games... So honestly, in my thoughts, it's pretty doubtful. Although, I could be proven wrong. Because all the should've been in a direct...right?

Well.. Nintendo usually has Directs before big releases to showcase their games one last time before they hit the shelves. I was kind of thinking Friday would be the perfect day because Bravely Default is being released in NA and DK:TF is out in a couple weeks. I have no clue what they're thinking though. Last year they had a Direct on Valentines day.. so maybe next friday? I'd be surprised if one doesn't come this month.. then again, we didn't get one last month so who knows what they're doing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo Direct was cancelled altogether.
I mean the Oscars are on March 2nd and they weren't even nominated for the best writing.
Haters everywhere.

Poor Iwata. He'll never amount to movie star status

I'm hoping for one before the release of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze in Japan next Thursday.

If not that, then sometime in the middle of the month (Feb. 17-23) like they usually have them.

You can't really compare this to what they usually do becuase we didn't get one last month

Currently playing:
Pokemon X
Bravely Default

And people keep asking why he won't step down as CEO. He's simply got nowhere to go.

Seriously though if they do one, i'd like to see rock solid release dates for their first DS titles on the Wii U VC.
If it can't be third party games yet it could be smart to release something alongside New Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass since these are not exactly highly regarded by gaming gourmets. Pretty much everything else should work though.
The more diverse the lineup the stronger it speaks for the service. Especially if you could play Mario Kart DS and Planet Puzzle League online from the get-go.

I can't see Nintendo passing up the opportunity to give their next big AAA title (Tropical Freeze) one last hype boost before release, so realistically there should be one next week.

I'm still convinced we're getting a January one first.

I only posted this to get my avatar as the forum's thumbnail.

Remember that eShop show on the 3DS? Direct has quietly gone to the same end.

Because they missed the first month in two years?

I say probably February 30th ._.
On a serious note, my guess would be next week. I've been waiting too long for this, we all need to have some self-assurance and a few pats on the back saying that everything is going to be alright ;_;

Here's my prediction

Direct will be announced in 14th of Feb. It will announce the release of triple deluxe in U.S, will announce more games and will probably announce the Virtual Console updates.

After so long...I'm back. Don't ask why

Anyone thinks that they might announce a little more third party support? i mean...its like every game people want is not coming to wii u
