Complete series should mean every season of the anime from start to finish. I'd check around for the contents of the specific bluray though.

@BlackFira: "Complete Series" means what the name implies; it's the entire series in one set...

"Don't make enemies, they'll stab your heart; don't make friends, they'll stab your back. Including me, including you, all men are trash. Don't love; don't be loved. Have nothing to do with other; live in isolation."

yeah thing is i checked around and its only 300 minutes and the episodes are only about 25 or 23 minutes long and its 12 episodes and 6 special ones in it, the weird thing is theres another 12 episodes after that i checked on the wiki site so would be considered season 2 i guess so it got me confused amazon.com isnt being very specific on the details and its hard to find exact details, at least the way i word it on google anyways

Yeah, I know what you mean when sites aren't specific regarding product details. Try looking it up on Rightstuf.com, they're usually pretty specific...

I am not a very big anime fan, but the other night I watched Highlander: Search for Vengeance and it was really good. Definately reccomended, and you don't really have to be a fan of the movies to enjoy it either.

It's dude, and no problem; glad you get to save some cash...

Rightstuf is a great site when it comes to buying anime/manga. I bought the complete sets of Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star from them a few years back for $20 and $37, respectively. Plus, various licensing companies have sales often (FUNi, Viz, etc.) and there's the site's bargain bin sales as well, so it's worth keeping an eye on it...

I'm thinking of watching Vandread. It looks like a good series. Anyone seen it and can comment on it?

I've been watching the entire series of Digimon from the beginning, I'm rolling in nostalgia. XD

I don't remember the animation being so bad in season one/Adventure...Most of the "animation" is simply a moving still image or flipping quickly between one or two frames to make motion...

@Popyman Yeah, Digimon's animation was absolutely terrible for the first two seasons. The third season smoothed things out a lot, but the animation was still stiff on occasion. From what I've seen of the fourth season, the animation finally got worked out and everything looked quite good.

I have to watch Bleach for a review. It's right in the middle of the series though so I have no idea what's happening (Series 6 Part 2, to be accurate). I hope that's the only reason I'm finding it quite so spectacularly boring (although I suspect the un-entertaining fights and borderline irritating "comedy" has more to do with that)

@Sushi: Nope, it's definitely not the only reason. I find that Bleach is only ever mildly entertaining whenever Kenpachi Zaraki has a fight. Everything else consists of drawn-out, un-entertaining plot lines that go nowhere and too many characters that aren't properly developed...

I wish that was the only reason.

Oh man,Bleach. I think that anime really depends on the person watching. If you really like action you'll probably like it, but even then you'll get bored since most of the fights take for ever to start or have a whole episode of filler right before the end. In my opinion Bleach is honestly just a tough bad guy comes Ichigo kills him, then an even tougher bad guy comes. Kicks Ichigo's butt, then he has to train and become stronger then eventually win. And repeat. I stopped watching a while ago. I got bored of the show.

Fixed it for you...

To be fair, from what everyone has told me, Bleach is good if you skip the filler. Unfortunately, the filler takes up at least half of the show and Sushi has to do a review.
