I don't actually own any of the DVDs; I've been watching the episodes online. They're definitely on my very long to-buy list, though, along with the manga volumes...

Also, the dead Sound ninja in the mummy get-up was named Dosu (you're not the only one!)...

I will never forget him. Awesome villian, could have been the Starscream to Orochimaru's Megatron if his 2nd to last scene is any indication.

Jeez, man! How did you watch that all in one weekend?! I think you broke my record of 13 episodes in one day!

Wall-to-wall watching, and town demonstrations turning rather violent giving me no desire to leave the house. And I totally smashed your 13-episode record :3

Man, I simply don't have the attention span for wall-to-wall watching, plus I like to take breaks to digest what I just watched (if I don't it all blends together). Not to mention we never have demonstrations around here since no one gives a $#!+ in this town.

Anyways, it sounds like you had a fun weekend (at least until you had to watch Cassern).:3

I watched the first two episodes of My Ordinary Life. Needless to say, it's awesome. =D

I hate that I'm finally watching Death Note.

Not because of problems with the series but because I can't really make fun of all of its fans anymore...

at least I have the fans who are on Light's side. I'm not even 1/4 through the series but WOW (seriously, he acts like an over the top supervillian at the end of EPISODE 1).

@kkslider: You're watching Death Note? My condolences, man. It, along with Code Geass, are two series I regret wasting my time on. Luckily, Ryuk and L were amusing enough to overshadow Light and Geass had a Viletta and a few choice girls to soften the blow...

What?! Two amazing series'

Yeah, I liked Code Geass and Death Note. They're good shows. Mostly well written with interesting stories and likeable characters, many of which are different from the norm. Not to mention the action in Code Geass was top-class.

Then again, I don't think there was ever a show I regretted watching. Even my least favorite shows gave me something to do and taught me more about my own tastes. I guess I regret watching End of Evangelion, though, since it ruined my memory of the main series, which is actually pretty good.

Definitely, Code Geass was amazing!! Has anyone here seen Gundam 00?

I have. The story's a little wonky, but very compelling. The characters are flat, but still likeable. The action was also fantastic, even if I didn't care for the Mecha designs. It was different for a Gundam show, and I appreciate it for what it did, though I still prefer other shows in the meta-series. But yeah, it is very enjoyable and I do recommend it to others.

Haha, I didn't get around to Cassern, actually. That'll be a job for this week each night after work. Once I've done with Naruto. Get Sekirei to watch at some point too. I think I'm atoning for some horrible sin I committed in a past life.

I'm going to start up Lucky Star again, just cause. I got nothing to do. Well actually I should be studying and researching for some debate practice tomorrow, but I'd rather watch Lucky Star for the 10th time.

EDIT: Ah well. Just watched 2 episodes. Man, the show is every bit as funny as I remember it. I love the anime so much. All the characters have charm and are relate-able. The comedy is really good too. I also love how it's just a slice of life. Just four normal high-school girls. It's great when you just want to relax, procrastinate, or take a break from crazy fighting animes. Konata rocks too.

I appreciate the effort, but unfortunately the summery didn't tell me much. What's the good? What's the bad? What was it like for you to watch it? (actually, that might be asking too much)

EDIT: @kkslider That's the impression I got from the summery.

Under the summary you can watch episodes.
