I've been noticing a lot of people are talking about using Prepaid Credit Cards that they get at Wal-Mart to buy things off of online sites like eBay, Amazon, GameStop.com and Buy.com and that's all fine and good with me now that the holidays are coming because this is of great interest to me.
I'd like to buy one of these prepaid credit cards myself. However, I was wondering if you register and make an account on Amazon because it ask for a Credit Card number in the registration process. Will Amazon see the prepaid card the same as it would a normal credit card? I know that iTunes does but I'm asking about Amazon because I've never used their site before to buy things before.

It will be seen as a normal creditcard, i use some sort of prepaid myself(here in germany we dont have the ones you get in walmart )but we have credit card where you must transfer money on it( and works great on amazon for me) only parking cant be payed with them
