I am not able to download the Nintendo Today app... Is there a chance NLife would consider making weekly recap articles for the app, or something similar??

@CaleBoi25 we'll no doubt be reporting on anything important that gets announced via the Nintendo Today app — I'm not sure we would do a specific round up though. We'll see how things go!

I've noticed with the game ratings on this site, if you go to rate a game that you've already rated then the score you gave it will be highlighted, but it's very faint and difficult to see. Would it be possible to change the colour so it's more obvious?

@Dogorilla you're totally right. I've changed it now, which should be a much better experience. On game pages, it will also show your score on the page now (without having to look at the options). Thanks for giving me the nudge!

@antdickens Thanks, that looks a lot better! And showing the score outside of the menu on game pages is a good idea but on mobile it seems to overlap the game collection button, so the positioning might need adjusting slightly?

Two questions. Is it possible to remove the ads entirely from mobile? I use an adblocker but still see the “please subscribe” ads.

Also is it possible to have users that one ignores not be able to like one’s posts? I mean the ignore function is pretty broken now that you can’t remove yourself from the purview of problematic people but it is disconcerting that they still have access to you via likes. Is it possible to make it function like the also non functioning dislike button where it just highlights for the person that presses it sees it light up but it doesn’t actually impact like count?

@Ryu_Niiyama you can remove ads by becoming a supporter. We do not condone the use of adblockers. When viewing your recent likes any from ignored users, will not be shown. Blocked users are unable to see/like comments.

I've been getting email notifications very late recently, like days late.
Not really much of a problem, just a bit odd.

@Uncle_Franklin can you share any specific examples? forward to bug [at] nintendolife.com it could be related to your spam filter, I’m not aware of any issues/lag on our side.

It varies a lot, usually notifications turn up in inbox, sometimes in Promotions or Social.
I was notified of your reply almost immediately, but it can be anything from that, to occasionally even a week later, regardless of folder destination.

@Uncle_Franklin strange. Can you check the timestamps on the messages and see if they were sent late? As I said, I'm not aware of any issues on our side (no one else has reported any)!

What about a monthly article that highlights a peripheral. Perhaps an "Accessories Spotlight" or something. Maybe it doesn't have to be every month but it could be a recurring series.

Especially if you account for 3D printed accessories sold on Etsy. Switch had 3D printed game cartridges that had 2 mSD slots so that you could store additional micro SD cards while keeping your Switch in an ultra thin magnetic flip case that didn't have room for additional storage. There were also little 3D printed mSD slots in groups of 3 with adhesive on the back. You could stick them on the back side of your system center left which wouldn't interfere with the dock but allowed you to store extra microSD cards.

And now we're already seeing 3D printed accessories that convert the joycon 2 into a more ergonomic mouse. These are the types of things very few people are aware exists so an article series that featured such products I think would be very informative and value-added.
