Hello, I wanted to report a copyright infringement done by a group of people.
These people are trying to sell this album that they made for the pokemon fan-game, Insurgence.
I believe this is an attempt to earn money using Pokemon label, no? The album is directly related to their pokemon game, it's the game soundtrack. They are trying to sell it with the advertisement of Pokemon franchise, I don't think that is legal, so I thought that you might want to take a look at it. And also game contains OST from the original pokemon games as well.

Even ignoring that reporting fan games is a scummy, awful thing to do for anyone who doesn't hate fun, the album itself doesn't seem to at all reference Pokemon. So even if it is used in a fan game, while that might be in a gray area legally, I have no reason to care about someone making money off their own music.
The album doesn't reference Pokemon at all. Also, as @Tasuki said, we are not affiliated with Nintendo. Take the issue to them if you think it's a real problem.
