I just picked up Golden Sun: Dark Dawn and 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors...I figure those are my final purchases for the DS (not including DSiWare.) I am going to focus more on my Spring semester of school and less on gaming so that I can save up for the 3DS.
Nintendo ID / PSN ID: Suburban_Sensei

Currently playing: Kirby and the Rainbow Curse / Hyrule Warriors / Super Smash Bros. (Wii U) Super Smash Bros. / LoZ: Majoras Mask 3D / Kirby...
Golden Sun, was an early adopter on each game and this is probes the first series that I have been VERY faithful to despite not liking the look of this instalment. It hasn't grown on me yet but I like the story (hate the Chibi style but Karis is so adorable. :3)...the GBA SFX is annoying me as it doesn't suit this game (since the DS can produce a better sound).
I recommend it for being Golden Sun...since it plays like one.
For me it'll probably be either Okamiden or that one time-traveling RPG thats coming out. I don't I'll be getting the 3DS until the next model gets released, just like how I didn't buy a DS until the Lite came out.
No plans to get a 3DS, but I only have three DS games I can think of that I'm keen to pick up: Shanghai 2 (Japan), Sonomama Rakubiki Jiten (a multi-dictionary app that sounds like a must for Japanese-learners like me) and Atari Greatest Hits Volume 2.
Even though I plan on buying the 3DS on day one, I still plan on buying DS games for years to come. With the 3DS backwards compitable, I don't see any reason to quit buying DS games. I am sure a lot of you guys bought GBA games during the lifespan of the DS, amirite?

Maybe it's because I did a good job at getting good GBA games shortly after release but the only GBA games I bought afterwards was some crappy Naruto game, that Pane-I mean Yosh-I mean Pokemon Puzzle...no just Puzzle League or Challenge or AHHHHH....../Dr. Mario game which was ok at best and Minish Cap.
Did anything else other than a couple of japan only games even come out that were worth getting?
Still got to find Golden Sun, waiting for Okamiden, and then the final one should be Nino Kuni, if it's released in Europe... but will they care to translate the "magic book" in most of the european languages? It may never happen, which would be sad for a huge Ghibli (and Level 5) fan like me...
I don't really know. Depending on when exactly in March the 3DS is coming, I may very well be playing Pokemon Black and Okamiden on that and not a DSi. DS games will still be coming out for a little while and I'll still buy them even well into the 3DS's life. If I had to take an educated guess on what my last active DS game will be, I'd say Professor Layton and the Specter's Flute since that will likely be one of the very last big name DS titles.
Nino Kuni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone if their willing to localize in the U.S.????? I don't wanna import because it'll cost an arm and a leg to ship to Hawaii. ;_;
Pokemon Black and MAYBE Mario 64 DS, sometime down the line.
I already bought Mario 64 DS 2 times before. Once, it was left behind in when I left St. Maarten and I never saw it again. The second time I got it, I went back to St. Marten to visit family and it dropped between our car seats, never to return. I'm eager to try out how it would work on the 3DS, but if I get Super Mario 3DS before getting that, I probably won't ever get it again.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

My Swan Song will be Ghost Trick and 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors ast far as inserted game cards go. It's yet to be determined if a DSiWare game will be my Swan Song or not, but as of now, there's nothing on DSiWare that I HAVE to have, or, can't wait until 3DS to get.
