A year after beating this game I've gone back to it to do the 'Another day' sidequests as well as the missions. I've started the Pork city sidequest and I'm having trouble with the pig noise on floor 1 where you have to use either Mus rattus pins or unbranded pins. Any suggestions for some good pins for this?

You'll have to refresh my memory. What makes this pig special again?

The pig noise are the green ones that just try to run away from you and its hard to beat them before they escape so can you think of any good Mus rattus or unbranded pins that would be good for this?

What I meant was, is there anything special about THIS pig, or is it just a countdown one?

Well, I don't remember the names of the pins, but I'll try my best with some pictures.

This guy might come in handy, as it can deal big damage in short amounts of time. You should have it already, too. In all honesty though, I wouldn't worry about having Mus Rattus pins specifically. It was at this point in the game that I learned just how powerful Noise pins were. Use those to your advantage! A lot of them are just rehashes of moves like uppercuts and projectiles, but they deal a heck of a lot more damage. They look like this. Take your pick and go crazy!

Also, In Pork City, you might want to focus on using your partner a lot, as he's not limited in power like Neku is. I prefer using Joshua. If you have the right clothes on him, you can rack up a long combo that will result in his crazy strong "Jesus Beams," which also deal a lot of damage.

That's really all you need to focus on. Quick, powerful tactics, though I'm sure you already knew that. My only suggestion is to try to work around the fashion guidelines instead of restricting yourself to them.

Oh, and a quick head's up. Pig noises are going to get VERY tricky later on as you progress up the building (hence my previous question) so be prepared to use your noodle!
