Topic: Tales of Innocence Translation

So I recently got a legit copy of Tales of Innocence. Unfortunately for me, I don't have much, if any, experience with the Japanese language. Are there any Tales fans (or any other knowledgable people) out there who could point me to some kind of translation for the game (that isn't a patch)?

Keep in mind that I don't have funding for another system and only have a 3DS.

I'm sticking with the DS version since the 3DS can play out of region DS game. I'd doubt Namco would release this outside of Japan.

I found some guides, but they don't reveal the story. You might want to look up some lets plays online.
