I am interested in the games you've recently finished and your impressions, as I have my DS Lite less than a year, and this way I can find out about some good games from the other owners of DS consoles, and know what to buy next.
I have just finished CSI - Unsolved, and would only recommend it to fans of the CSI shows and previous CSI games. I always end up disappointed by the final case, as I am under the impression of Phoenix Wright's epilogues in the final cases, which are almost always connected with a bigger plot in the story. That was not the case with this game.
My last finished game was Final Fantasy III. I would recommend it to fans of classic Final Fantay games. Levelling-up by fighting countless battles is not for everyone. It has much better graphics than FF3 on the NES but the only innovation compared to prior FF games is the job-change system.

Nice summary of the game, and although I have played through all the SNES versions of FF, as well as FF VII, VIII and IX, I never finished this game, because I was put off by the "Levelling-up by fighting countless battles is not for everyone", as you stated.

Makes me want to play this even more. I haven't finished anything recently, but I've put around 50 hours so far into Dragon Quest IX...

Currently playing DS: Contact,Blue Dragon: Awakened Shadow, The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road,Atelier Annie: Alchemists of Sera Island, Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals, Custom Robo Arena

Just finished Glory of Heracles, A fun game, if you're into traditional JRPGs. Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention that the game doesn't have any side-quests in it. It's a linear story, which some may find disappointing.
My last finished DS game was... CoD Modern Warfare Mobilized back in November of last year. It's an excellent game with pretty good graphics, a decent storyline, and fun gameplay. I never got a chance to play online, but I'd assume it's also superb. I'd give it an 8.5 outta 10.
I'm currently working on Chrono Trigger, a game that I started last March but got side-tracked with other games like FF VI, FF IX, and Okami. It's an absolutely incredible game that starts off as nothing special but slowly becomes such an awesome and memorable game. I've also continued playing Pokemon HeartGold because of the GameStop promotion going on.
I know I posted earlier, but I beat Epic Mickey Saturday night/Sunday morning (5AM lol). Ending boss was a lot more difficult than I thought. Working on Sonic Colors now. I also finished Dragon Quest IX and Pokemon Soul Silver.
I just finished Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. It was extremely enjoyable and while it may not be worth buying (to myself, anyways,) you would be missing out if you didn't pick this up. At it's core it's really just a graphic text adventure, but the plot and witty characters (and names) make it all worth it. I liked a lot of the character's graphics, especially Officer Meekins.
I finished Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and plan to finally finish Mass Effect 2 tonight.
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
I just finished Professor Layton and the Unwound Future; such an addictive game with an incredible story. Now I'm playing Mario vs Donkey: Mini-Land Mayhem.
Just finished Lufia 2: Curse of the Sinistrals. Despite the frequent slow-downs, I really liked it (especially the funny dialogues), and I also found it refreshing to play an Action/RPG after so many turn-based RPGs on the console.
