Excluding Dsiware, does anybody know about dsi only games or ds games that can use the dsi?

According to Wikipedia:
Face Training (EU only. Whereas the Japanese version is DS only, because it used a camera for the GBA slot.)
Foto Shodown
Picture Perfect Hair Salon
System Flaw
Ghostwire (unreleased, needs new publisher)

And supposedly there's some original DS games that use the DSi's region-detection feature just for said purpose.
