Hello users, You probably already know but gaming forums are typically full of negativity, flame wars and arguments therefore Nintendo Life is proud to be known as one of the most friendly gaming communities around and we need your help keeping it that way. It's the job of our forum moderators to step into threads when things get a little heated and calm things down - it's video games after all and therefore is no excuse to behave the way some people do on other sites. We also find an underlying battle against spammers and scammers who just want to sell their warez - all of these needs to be tidied up to keep things clean and tidy. Our website, and therefore community of users has grown a lot in recent years but the size of our moderators team has not, therefore it is time for some new recruits and we would like to know if any of you are interested in stepping up and help shape the forums into an event better community for all? We're looking to add at least two new moderators from North America and at least two from Europe/Australasia. If you're interested in become a moderator, ask yourself if you agree with the following statements: I have a good grasp of the English language I can listen to both sides of an argument and suggest peaceful resolutions I have a reasonable amount of free time to spend reading the forums I have a particular interest in Nintendo games and topics If you're still interested in become a moderator please email moderators@nintendolife.com with the following information: NL Username Any Past Experience Why you think you would make a good moderator Thanks!

Just an update, I am waiting to hear back on a couple of candidates (from current mods). I already have a working list on who is already accepted, but it will be announced once all deliberation is finished. Hopefully this will be sooner rather than later.

Also, as a heads up, Anthony is currently working behind the scenes, so I am unaware on what the final schedule is for the new candidates. I will keep everyone posted by e-mail.
