@Sean_Aaron - Did this order come through OK for you? I am having the same issue with my Project Zero pre order, except they say they no longer are able to create a new booking over the phone, so basically I'm out of luck.

Yep I ended up having to place it again, but they made the item available for me to pre-order. I'd try email and escalate it as I did.
