Topic: Your 3DS Import Games

I was wondering if there are other users on Nintendolife who bought Import 3DS Games.
We know that all 3DS/2DS are Region Locked, but some Players bought another System from overseas or found other ways to play Imports. So i wanted to ask if some of you own Import Games in their 3DS Collection.

I live in Europe and was bound to our Game Catalogue at first. Later i bought a japanese New 3DS and recently a US 2DS so can get some Retail Games we were missing out on.

Some of my japanese 3DS Titles are Dragon Quest Theatrhythm, Puyo Puyo Chronicle, Ace Attorney Trilogy, both Assassination Classroom Games, Sayonara Umihara Kawase and all three Taiko no Tatsujin Games for the System.

My US Collection is a bit thinner at the moment. Right now i own River City: Rival Showdown, Corpse Party, Azure Strikes Gunvolt: Striker Pack, the Persona Q2 Limited Edition and Virtue's Last Reward (I know that one was released in Europe too, but it's missing the english dub here)

How about you?

Japanese retail games: Labyrinth no Kanata (a dungeon crawler, one of the few Tri-Ace games not published by Square-Enix), Metal Max 4, Yokai Watch 1 and the last version of 2 (before the localized versions were even announced) as well as the Sushi version of 3, Dragon Quest Monsters 1 and 2 remakes, Dragon Quest VII and Final Fantasy Explorers (because at the time it seemed like S-E wasn't going to release a 3DS game outside Japan, not until FFE and the DQ localizations were announced a week before the DQ8 Japanese launch), as well as the two Unchained Blades RPGs (as just the first game was localized digital-only).
Digital: Puyo-Puyo Tetris, Final Fantasy 3D eShop version and I think both Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games. Fire Emblem if and Retro Game Challenge 3, I think. A bunch of VC.

Funny fact, DS games are not region-locked so I got some from US with a slimmer case.

Would you recommend Retro Game Challenge 3? I liked the first two Games on DS a lot, but Opinions on the third one are rather mixed and it was made by a different Developer.

Except for DSi exclusive and DSi enhanced Games if you're playing on DSi & 3DS Systems.

@Nagi Yeah I only imported a few DS games. They were cheaper in US for some reason.

Yes I bought an Australian 2ds to play teddy together 3ds! 🐻😎👍

I also imported other 3ds games from Germany that play on my Australian 2ds. Along with several imported ds games from the UK, & japan! 😉

I have a JPN 3ds for imports. Fire Emblem if: Byakuya Okoku (birthright), Ace Attorney 123 (actually bought that to have the first 3 games in both English and Japanese on one cart), Dragon Quest VII, Dragon Quest VIII (and all the ds games for DQ as I hate the English localization), kamen rider: Rider revolution, kamen rider travelers record, Ni No Kuni (it's ds but I bought it for my 3ds), Downtown Nekketsu Jidaigeki, Zelda: Majora's Mask, Samurai Musou chronicles 3,

There are more but that is off the top of my head (I don't have my 3ds game cases with me right now.)
