3dsC for the cpu upgrade and the c stick addition. but to be honest I cant really think of anything different than New. If you call it super folks will think its a new system.
Edit: Apple had a line of iPads called the New IPad and they sold just fine. So again I don't really have a big problem with New. Fans in the know will be aware of the difference and clueless consumers will be directed to the new model by the sales clerks anyway.

3DSi. I feel like most people now know what the DSi is to the DS, so naming it the 3DSi would be simple and not confusing. If not that, then 3DS+ would also be fine.
