A Link to the Past. The first time I've played it was on GBA, I like the SNES version much better. The only problem is that we got the 50Hz version in Europe and it feels a bit sluggish. Silly Ninty...
Oops, on 3DS... I usually play the Ambassador games. The GBA ones, as I don't care much about NES games.
Ive been playing the Nes version of super mario bros 2. I remember being in canada on vacation when this game was revealed. Nintendo Power had a huge spread on it that my grandfather bought for me. I must have read that section of the magazine and looked at the pictures 100 times before I got home. It was so different then regular super mario bros. Especially with the picking up enemies and secret doors / pulling vegetables. I remember when I got it I stayed over a friends house and we stayed up all night trying to beat it. so yeah thats my story and Im sticking to it.
I have been playing some Mario RPG -games, which I have lately been getting into. I just beat Partners in Time, and just began replaying Super Mario RPG, this time on Wii U GamePad exclusively.
Next, I probably try Paper Mario again, since I got bored of the game when I last played it. Or maybe I just whip out Bower's Inside Story and play that, since I hear it's the best in the series.
I bought Earthbound and started playing it did the first time ever yesterday. It's odd. I like it though. Of course, the first SNES Games I bought on my 3DS were Super Metroid and A Link to the Past.
Currently Playing:
Yakuza: Like A Dragon
Star Wars: Squadrons
Black Ops Cold War Zombies
Favorite game: Super Metroid
I'm currently playing a "Linked" (still makes me chuckle) Oracle of Seasons game, and am occasionally revisiting my Oracle of Ages file (also on 3DS VC) to unlock things through secrets. I'm over halfway through and stopped last time right before starting Level 6.
@David_NL: I've really been enjoying them so far. They run on the same engine as Link's Awakening, though are more polished. These do try a few things that are new, and for the most part they work well. Ages is more puzzle-oriented, and Seasons is more action-oriented. So far, I feel that Ages is the slightly stronger game (better story, more creative bosses, and an item exclusive to the game that I'm very fond of). However as I have yet to finish Seasons, my opinion may change.
If you plan on doing a linked game, I recommend reading up a little on how the password system works since I found it a bit confusing at first.
Currently playing: Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (Switch), Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations (Switch)
