Topic: Trouble buying games on 3DS store

hello all !! i'm new here so i apologise if this isn't the right place to be posting...,
so, i tried buying a game from the nintendo store and every single time, it says:
"either the sd card is write protected or none is inserted" basically.
i know my sd card works on my computer & so on my nintendo, because everything else i've used my sd card for on nintendo is perfectly okay- it's just the store that's become an issue.
if you know of any sources that explain how to sort this or you yourself know, please let me know ):

Hmm, I guess you have tried removing it and inserting it again right? My SD card had problems being detected at first, but for some reason one day it stopped having those problems. Also try restarting your 3DS.

I'm sorry for not helping you much, but you could try specifying the search on google by writing the message it tells you everytime it happens.

I'm presuming you've tried this already, but make sure that the read/write protection switch is unlocked. If not, try reinserting the SD card or getting a new one.
