The following stationery has been released by Nintendo for swapnote. I don't use Swapnote that often so I just recently unlocked the ability to use special stationery, but none of these are on there. Do you have to have unlocked this ability before receiving the special Swapnotes from Nintendo in order to use them?

For use special swapnote stationary if it's your question, you must to received the Nikki's Letter which say you that you can use it ^^
And, because nobody say it, I can say that there are 2 new stationarys: Super Mario 3D Land and Bravely Default ^^"
