Topic: Super Mario Land help

How do I beat the cloud boss? I keep shooting the birds it sends out, and I shoot the cloud, but nothing happens.

Just Focus on shooting the cloud(I suppose his name is Biokinton), blasting the birds that get in your way and maneuvering your ship away from him when he gets near you, its that simple. After less than 20? hits he's down. SPOILERS _{I hope you're prepared for the last boss shortly ~after that battle} /SPOILERS

Tatanga? I heard he's not too hard. He was easy in Super Mario Land 2.

I never reached Tatanga in SML2 way back, but he was definitely more of a challenge than Biokinton in super Mario Land IMO, where he would repeatedly shoot out spreading projectiles towards you. So if that Cloud boss gives you trouble, you'll be having a tougher time fighting Tatanga shortly afterwards. But don't worry, their patterns are easy to understand unless you're not paying attention so keep on trying and you'll eventually beet the game.

Uhm....when was Tatanga ever in Super Mario Land 2? I don't remember this at all. He was the main villain in #1, as with Wario being the main villian from #2.

He was the boss at the end of the Space Zone in SML 2.

I can't remember now. I finished the game a month ago and before that almost decades ago (LOL) but what you could do is exploit the new tech and simply score a hit, save state and then if you get hit you can reload your state and keep doing that until you beat him. I can't remember having any troubles with the game but I grew up on old school Mario...

So did I. I never beat Super Mario Land back in the 1990's. I actually never got farther than the 3rd world, I always gave up.

HEY IS YOUR CAPS LOCK BUTTON BROKEN TOO??????????????????????? Anyway, afterwards you get a harder version of the game (i.e. more enemies) to play through, and if you beat that (which isn't that hard imo), you then unlock a level select mode where you can start at any level you feel like by pressing A to the level of your choice. Just be sure to set your Restore Point (if you're using it) after beating Tatanga; otherwise if you reset your data you won't have the level select function when you first boot up the game.

I played so much of both of these games. I can't wait to get this on my 3DS.

You have to keep shooting the cloud over and over till he dies. If I remember he takes alot of hits before he dies I want to say something like 50. So because of that it seems like you are not hurting him.
