So I called it then, it wasn't Paper Mario, but another Pushmo game. xD

Well, the "leaked" image had the pushmo character on it.

According to the article, it's less free to play more like Rusty's Real Deal Baseball Shop.

I always thought Pushmo was perfect for free to play. Not surprised this happened sooner than later. I'm just glad we get another Pushmo game. it quickly became one of my favorite Nintendo series!

I really appreciate that they continue to add new mechanics in this game. I was going to say a free to play version of Pushmo would be kind of pointless with the infinite levels from the level creator, but they seem to have added in multiple new gameplay elements to tempt new buyers. The pop-out paper craft style of the puzzles in this game seems fun, hopefully not as hard as Crashmo though lol. Enemies are interesting. Wonder if you have to start the puzzle over when you're hit or time just rewinds to the action you did that made them show up?

The level packs are four in total, one is 500 yen and the other three are 300 yen each. Buying all four at the same time is 1000 yen.

Take two zeros out of that and it's most likely the price in dollars.

So we just get the tutorial levels as the free levels? Aw, I thought it was supposed to be 27 free levels or something?
Oh well, including a few more challenging levels definitely would have been more enticing for newer players than just he tutorial.

I bought the NES pack.

Whoa, this is like ten time better than Pushmo. It's really fun and requires a good amount of "3D thinking".

It can be hard to look around and land where you want, but I guess the rewind function kinda softens that.

I may get the other packs eventually.

Edit: the frame rate kind of goes down every now and then.

Will buy the whole package but not right away. I've been playing too many puzzles games and I need a little break. I will try the free levels though. I loved Pullblox back when it was released (bought it day one). I have a couple of puzzles unsolved. The difficulty in the last few levels is brutal. I didn't like Fallblox although I have to give it a second chance sometime. I also bought Pullblox World when it was on sale but I've only played first 2 or 3 worlds. This one looks great and I love how they bring new mechanics in each game. I like how there's now actual 3D puzzles.

I just got stickers to decorate my custom levels for completing 10 retro levels.

Played the tutorial levels and I'm already tempted to buy the whole game. I think I'll continue Pullblox and try to complete it first before buying this one just to keep my backlog somewhat reasonable.

The sound test... Works as a music player.

You can put the system to sleep and keep listening with headphones. The R & L buttons work and all.

Kinda random. But still nice.

Bought every level pack as soon as I finished the tutorial levels. Already finished Mallo's levels, and currently on world 2 of Poppy's levels. This game is so much fun. It might even be my favorite in the series.

The Chain Chomp level is strangely hard. I have no idea what to do after getting to the actual chain chomp head.
