Topic: Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystals

This basically looks like a possibly effing good 2D Sonic platformer with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Marine. I'll probably buy it down the road!

I do agree that the 3DS version is shaping up quite nicely. From the trailers I've seen, it has some real potential.

I'll admit it, this game looks really impressive! I thought this wouldn't work out at all. Infact I'm going to get the game even if its still mediocre.

Though I didn't like how slow paced the first section of the footage was.

I like the look of the 3DS one (Not the Wii U one however which reminds me of Unleashed the parts I didn't like).

Sonic looks like his normal self, just with the bandages added.

I played a little of it at E3 and the camera was just to close. I couldn't see upcoming hazards very well.

Why was he using the circle pad? Isn't the d-pad best for 2D games? Whatever.

Ok so apparently the 3DS Version seems to be more fun than the Wii U version according to some like Nintendo Life...........that alone made me wonder if this can actually work.........

Also this one's really being silent. Is it because its Sonic and that its not worth mentioning it because its Sonic in the end and we can easily claim that he isn't going to last long in the gaming biz?

Ok seriously, I think this game needs a certain attention cause it looks like it can be a good game like Colors.........

Very sceptical. My experience with Sonic games has always been a roller coaster of "WOW THIS GAME LOOKS GREAT" to "That...was really sucky/meh/just okay I guess". It's always the same cycle, Sonic games seem to have a talent for looking like great games until you avtually play them.

It seems decent, but nothing interested me much, will wait for reviews.

Is there supposed to be a demo for Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystals coming out on the eshop next week?

Gamexplain were quite vocal in saying the same too. Sounds good to me, I'm up for some 3DS sonic. It's been a while!!!
