Topic: Pokemon X/Y for completionists

This may have been asked a couple of times before, so sorry for the eventual repetition:
The upcomming PoleBank allows you to store your pokemon on an online server. My question is: Is it possible to clear X/Y once, transfer all of your regular starter, your kanto starter and whatnot on said servers, restart the game, choose different pokemon but still be able to deposit / withdraw from the same pokebank ?
That way, it would finally be possible to get your hands on every starter pokemon without any back and forth trading hassles.
Does anybody know if the service will work that way ? I sure hope so...

My guess is that you can't access that service until after you beat a certain badge but if you don't mind going through the game multiple times it should work. That is actually exciting because one of my favorite things to do was to restart Red and Blue over and over again. But I didn't do that with any other versions for fear of losing my old pokemon. Now, if that works, I can do that again!
