You can only find out your friend safari by someone telling you so here's a place to keep any easy list of everyone's! @Sony_70 your's is fairy with Swirlix and Dedenne! @SkywardL is Dragon with Gabite, Sheldon, and Sligoo @Morpheel is rock with Nosepass, Pupitar, and Barbaracle @Erica_Hertman posion with Muk, Venemoth, and Seviper @Aqueous with poison with Venemoth. ah i always struggle chaining shinys .. cant seem to get it right .. i have a french magmar and a jap ditto ill have a 1/1000 chance of getting a shiny magby lol

good point got a japanese ditto but its iv and nature is horible not even good enough to put in the pc box lol

you can talk to the judge in Kiloude city pokemon center

If he says a stat cant be beat, then its a maxxed IV, its vague but you can gather a lot from what he says, when consulting a guide.
