Ugh... I can't seem to S-rank Mega Aerodactyl. I've tried three times with items over the last couple of days. Hell, I finally caved in and used a Complexity -1 but it had no effect whatsoever. All the blocks and all 4 of my Pokémon remained. -.-

@sillygostly: I usually don't bother S-ranking the Megas nor the Expert's level Pokemons. There are easier Pokemons to level up!!

@Rikaria: What I said is that I don't bother S ranking Megas nor S-ranking the Expert levels.

Still, I haven't S-ranked just two Megas: Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Heracross.and I'm currently at level 249 with 218 Pokemons S-ranked.

Hah, in the mobile game Mewtwo is quite literally given to you. No stage.

Also, they added a new icon to tell you how "recommended" each Pokemon is. The little icon looks like the girl from the tutorial and it seems to go from 0 to 4.

I was sick of wasting coins on trying to S-rank Mega Aerodactyl so I finally caved in and used ALL items and I finally did it (I tried once with Moves+Disruption+Mega Start…nothing, I tried just Complexity… nothing… when I tried ALL items, I finally S-ranked him.

If you reach Level 300 with Keldeo Resolute Form, you'll get TWO Mega Speed-ups (8 total). I'd hate to imagine how difficult that stage will be though. I'm only on stage 34 and I'm struggling… I don't think I'll bother going all the way up to 300 at this rate.

Just did level 30 of Resolute Keldeo and managed to beat it with no powerups but with a full leveled team: Victini, Xerneas, Lugia and Mega Mewtwo Y. I finished with 0 moves left. Until that point i was using Mega Mewtwo Y, Victini, Cresselia (level 7) and Salamence (level 8) and finishing with 5-6 moves left. A fully leveled Cresseli might work better than Xerneas.

keldeo Resolute starts sending in wood blocks in the middle two columns and freezing them at the same turn. Therefore Cresselia or Diance might be better choices than Xerneas. Also, my Mega Mewtwo has all the Speedups applied.

If you don't meet all these requierements a Move +5 is highly recommended.

I managed to beat level 30 on another 3DS using Mega Mewtwo Y (level 5), Lugia (2), Victini (5) and Cresselia (level 3), using a Mega Startup only (with 1 move left).

At Rikaria: what is the top level on the Main Stages? 280, 300? Thanks in advance.

Mega Mewtwo Y makes this escalation battle pretty easy so far. If you guys aren't use it as your mega, you should.

Beat level 50 of Keldeo (Resolute form) using Megw Mewtwo, Victini, Xerneas (all maxed) and Salemence (level 9) and a DD. No Moves +5 or Mega Startup necessary, but I feel that I was extremely lucky: managed to get a 21+ combo and finished with 4 moves left.

Definitely getting even to level 200 is going to be a doozy. At this rate thinking about hitting 100 on Friday and level 150 on Sunday or Monday (still need to level up Cresselia...). Let's see, level 200 on Wednesday, level 250 on Saturday and level 300 on Monday.... NOT GONNA MAKE IT!!

@Rikaria: Well I did say "so far". I had just completed level 55 at the time.

Doesn't sound like it. It's been smooth sailing so far, but I'm only on level 65. I bought Disruption on level 50, but otherwise no powerups and have only had to replay level 50 (after scouting it itemless).

After several item less attempts at 91, I've given up. If the rest of the 90s stages are going to be like this, then it's definitely not going to be worth spending on all of those items to reach 100 (and who knows just how much harder it will get to make it all the way up to level 150, 200, 300).

@Rikaria: Are u using a fully leveled team? And what team are you using, if I may ask?

@sillygostly: i just made it to Level 101... barely! levels 90 to 100 were pretty hard to get through - Mega Mewtwo didn't cut it - and i've had to use quite a bit of +5 moves and/or Extra Damage power-ups. But things usually get back to normal after such a spike in difficulty.

@Klimbatize: Rikaria is right. There is a very high spike in difficulty on level 91 onward: Keldeo resolute form has about 17,000-19,000HP.
I managed levels 91 and 92 without items. Tried level 93 with several different teams but to no avail. I'm leveling up Cresselia before tackling the other levels.

EDIT: beat levels 93-99 using a Move +5. Most levels finished with 5 moves or more left!! For level 100 used a DD and an Attack Power. Finished with 2 moves left. Former team at max level (except for Cresselia still at level 8).
