It is still showing 9,999,999 scores in the Shuffle Mobile Charizardite Y competition. I still have yet to play the competition for the 3DS.
Is anyone else here playing both versions? It's certainly more difficult to make money in the mobile version. Everything costs more too. It's a bit more challenging of a game because of that.
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.
After an absolutely amazing run, I've finally ended up in the low 3000 players number. I don't really try for comps, so that's the highest I've ever been. I just generally go for just enough to get the stone, and nothing else. I'm pretty happy that I'll stick in the top 11,000 with that.
Now to S rank Klink and Klang, and catch them.
I'm also working to one 'hard' S rank each level update, to try and get up to full S ranks. I'm 6 off, including Klink and Klang, who shouldn't be that hard.
Regice also isn't that bad with Lucario and Emboar. The second Lucario's Mega'd, the horizontal barriers can get blasted to smithereens in ridiculous time. I caught it in a great ball with Super Catch Power, so, all is good.
There's still cheaters on the EU board though... They'll probably nerf Ditto hard in the next update, and remove his ability, to stop half the cheating problem, then remove the ability to use any pokemon not available in the pokedex in competitions.
@TheXReturns: I also got my best score ever in any competition and look to maybe get the stone and speed up. Landed at 517th place and still in the 600's as of today. I didn't do it with normals though as I just can't seem to get anything going with those.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
@Spoony_Tech: Wow!! What team did you use? I used Garchomp and landed on the first 2,000.
I, too, can't get the normals to do anything (I must confess that they are at level 8, at the most, but I digress...). I scored like 7k with Arceus, Snolarx, Lick (something) and Gengar, and 12k using a Garchomp, Tyranitar, Aurorus and Kyogre, both without using any powerups.
Wow. If I'm that far clear, even by a conservative estimate, I can probably go back to S Ranking. Thanks @maceng
I used Garchomp too. I just find it gives plenty of time to continue a combo, equal enough to Gengar. it's not brilliant compared to some, but it ain't a bad score without a complexity-1.
I think I am done with Pokemon Shuffle. I think I have just reached a point where i will never catch up and I don't want to grind anymore. It has been fun but i am going to focus on other games
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
@DefHalan: Can't blame you tbh but I'm no where near caught up and it doesn't bother me. I still haven't beat all the last set of new stages. I've been going back and S ranking everything I can and I get what I want out of the game. Keeping up really isn't my thing.
@Spoony_Tech: Yeah, it just feels like they keep moving the goal further away. If i was caught up then new content would bring me back to the game but since I felt like i was so close and then they added new content really rapidly it created this sense of dread or hopelessness. Good luck with catching them all. I think Pokemon Shuffle is my most played 3DS game, so it probably isn't surprising i am burnt-out lol

@DefHalan: I felt the same way with Animal Crossing NL. It just hit me one day and I said to myself what am I really doing here. All I'm doing is collecting stuff. I ignored my other games for about 4 to 5 months as it really has no end. I quit cold turkey and never went back.

@Spoony_Tech: I did the same thing with Animal Crossing, my wife still goes back every now and then. I think my brain is wired for objectives in games and so in these less objective based games I sent one for myself and then at some point I hit a wall and realize my self set objectivge is stopping me from enjoying games, a big reason why I don't like achievements, but that is a different conversation for another day lol

There's a note in the mobile version that says that they're aware of the irregular behavior of some users and that all the cheating accounts would be terminated without notice.
Haha, getting banned from Pokemon Shuffle must be a new low.
