...How does 3D work anyways? I mean, I've heard of about how the 3DS screen works, but like...when I saw the video showing off OoT. You see the double images and as Link was taking off in the distance the "two Links" starting splitting up farther and farther, never really thought about why...seems all confusing and stuff, lol.

You have to imagine it like this: there are 2 cameras that stand apart from each other a bit. Every camera catches the same situation from a different point of view. When you look at the rendered material properly, every eye should get a different image which is then merged together as a 3-dimensional image in your brain.

@Bellgoriiing: pretty much. the game will have to be displayed from two different camera viewpoints at the same time (one for each eye). It's also why the 3DS has two cameras on the outside -- in order to take 3D pictures as advertised, it has to have two camera lenses taking pictures in tandem. :3
