Topic: Need Help Please! asap

guys i have new Nintendo 3ds and i hard format it and now when i try to download super smash bros it download's but it dosent come up on my home screen is it something to do with my Nintendo accounts?

when i downloaded it told me to go to add on content in data management on system settings but when i click super smash bros it says micro sd card update data something like that.
