Just beat the demo. I would say it was challenging but by the end i really knew what i was doing! Nice warm up to the real thing in a months time. Can't wait for the first real traditional rpg on the 3ds!

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
I love the game's twist on the typical turn-based RPG battle system. Shows that a battle system need not be action-based or real-time to be unique or interesting. Otherwise the game makes me think of Final Fantasy V and that remake of FFIII.

Really?? I beat it first try. I might be overpowered though. I was at level 12 with 3 players at the time.

I was at Level 15 and I barely made it through him. My village was all at level 1 at the time, though...

Having a fully leveled town made all the difference but it really matters what jobs you choose and I guess I got lucky.

Maybe that's why I'm having problems: my guys are all level 11 and I haven't done ANYTHING with my village yet. No streetpasses for a few days.
I never got one streetpass. I just kept upgrading as soon as I could. The advanced weapons and armor make all the difference. I was for the most part fully equipped.

Your town gets built even while your 3DS is sleep mode provided the game is running: if you've got a streetpass or two, put one person on each 10 hour thing and leave it overnight.
OH. MY. GAWD! Myconid's are like the Leafy Larrikons/Bud Brothers of Bravely Default, except WORSE because they can replicate on the exact turn that they were created.
Oh, and also, giving all your characters the ability to heal with the White or Red mage class or subclass options is a BAD idea when fighting that succubus whatsitsname. It charms you and your healing often outpaces your damage.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
So far the game feels nostalgic...Have that final fantasy V job system feel or maybe it's just me. anyway I enjoy the game but the limited amount of uses on the demo kinda cripples it.
1.) Makes me think on how much time I should spend when playing the game.
2.) Forces me to play the game under certain situations or time of the day...because once i quit and switch off that's one use for ya.
I like how fast paced it is gives me that jumpy feeling making me want to destroy enemies more xD.
Heard the game is difficult...well for me it isn't i breezed through everything with the same job classes (of course not freelancers) till i reached the automaton. which really forced me to make a more well though-out set...And I never have level grind because I just want to see what happens if you complete the demo xD of course soon I would have to i am starting to feel the heat a bit
so far I'm liking this game and I'm definitely buying the full version when it comes out
Is in the end worth nothing? Praise be to yenenenen! (/'o')/-(JOJ SUS FLALF)

I've never had a problem with the demo limits. The most I've ever used was on EO IV and that was like 9. Of course I NEVER turn my system off. This game also encourages you to leave it in sleep mode.

hmm so I'm trying to rebuild the village...does sleep mode still keep the timer ticking? I really want the better weapons been stuck using the one's found in the shop.
