Topic: Monster Hunter 3DS

He's probably someone like me who likes to be able to read in the games, lol. Even if this game isn't all about reading and story, I still read the stuff in Tri. xD
I'll just be patient and wait for the NA version sometime next year...I just KNOW it'll happen.

So let me get this straight... the only new, new monster is the things with green splatty hands? Right?

BTW is Monster Hunter Portable 3rd on PS3 pretty much TriG on 3DS?

P3rd on ps3 is just an HD port of P3rd on PSP. TriG is MHTri on 3DS with added extensive content not found in Tri (which Single player was lacking). You can kinda say TriG is an enhanced remake of Tri... Or port. Whatever. I'd say the former, though.

As for online... well, hope when it makes it stateside, they add online support since it's heavily requested here in the states. And Capcom did a phenomenal job with TvC Ultimate All Stars (which Japan also got for a budget price).

But I have no doubt MH4 will be getting online from the start.

It's basically Tri with Portable 3rd's content. (and new stuff as well, obviously, lol)

MHTriG is definitely no port. It's pretty much MHT but with all of MHP3's monsters and one area added in. It's not in the MH 'portable' game style from what I've seen about it so far. All the portable games have a distinct style that's different from the console games, and this 3DS game seems more like the console games...

Yeah I like reading what the people in the village tell me, however, I know I could figure out what everything means...but I'm to lazy to try, so I'ma just wait. But the real reason to learn is to play games like Xenoblade or The Last Story or Pandoras tower. So many games from Japan, and i just don't understand any of it! I think I'm gonna force myself to have to make my self learn the language. But where to start?
BTW I can play mhfu online with my PS3???

I have a question concerning MH Tri G:
Does anyone know if the Bowguns will be the same like in MH Tri? By that I mean the choosing of the Frame, Barrel, and Stock.
I ask because I recently got MHFU and found that the guns are just one whole thing instead of three parts, which is fine....but I like it the way it was in Tri.

I don't think they are this time around.

MHT is the only game that has the weird customizable bowguns, this will keep the normal LBG/HBG classes. Much less confusing :3
