Wow, the majority of 3DS owners would have lost interest sold their systems without the eShop.

I don't know if I'd want to play as Goomba as I don't really see them as a favorable character but I'm all for Hammer Bro and Paratrooper in Mario Kart 7. I also agree that Mario Kart: Double Dash had one of the best rosters.

Goomba would be an awesome character in MK7. I'm hoping for costumes. So if someone else uses the same character then they don't all look the same all the time. I also want some new power-up items. The standard ones are fine, but brand new ones would be a joy. Also want loads of customization. In a racing game, It's kind of a thing with me. Being able to design your Kart top to bottom, give it your own little design or paintjob. Awesome, and you can get really creative.

I can't see myself playing as a Goomba. I just can't...I mean...no arms! I've stomped too many goombas to play as one.

Eh, I think the reason Goomba hasn't been playable is because, I don't know in my opinion, he doesn't seem quite as popular as Koopa and King Boo. Maybe people think he's ugly? Idk, it's probably just because of the lack of arms, n' all. What I really want is a Blooper. That'd be the Bee Mario's knees.

Was the blue super mushroom from New Super Mario Brothers DS ever an item in Mario Kart Wii? I think I remember being able to get super big, but now I'm not certain. That could be a possibility.

Oh! And I would love a Tanooki Suit item! You grow a tail and it wags to speed you up!

Oh! Orrrr that could be a car upgrade and replace your glider! Instead of a glider popping up when you're in the air, you grow a raccoon tail!

Well If we are getting Goomba, then I want Thwomp. anyone who's played "Moped Mayhem" on Mario party 8 should know he can drive.

The characters in Mario Kart Wii were all just the same, with an exeption of the "weight system".

I wasn't a big fan of the Mario Kart Wii roster. It felt smaller than it needed to be and Funky Kong was just like.. what? He has to be my least favorite MK character ever.

I want them to add:

• Shyguy
• Toadsworth
• Dixie Kong
• Paratroopa
• R.O.B
• Some of the koopa kids
• Kamek

to the Mario Kart Wii roster and take away Funky Kong from it and make Rosalina a 'medium' weight class character. Driving as Kamek would be awesome IMO.

I want the Koopa Bros. <3 All four hang onto the kart at the same time, with Red Ninjakoopa driving. The rest carry items and taunt opponents lol

Umm, no. This couldn't be further from the truth. Each character has their own stats, the game just doesn't tell you this. There's a reason why so many people use Daisy; it's because she has the highest speed in her weight class.

What? I though FK Was great :S the best newbie imo.

Nah, I hated him. Any other DK character would have been better IMO. Funky was just annoying and out of place to me.

I never had a problem with the baby characters. They're cute and I don't mind them even though I hardly use them.

I agree, I love the babies but I was not too keen on Funky Kong.
Anyway, I hope Baby Mario, Luigi, Peach and Daisy are playable characters in Mario Kart 7.

Never used Funky Kong, but I like the babies. And my sister use them all the time (together with Toadette).
