lol whatever...still somewhat confuses me... Anyways gonna ask you if you are telling the truth. Are there options for what's being seen on the bottom screen during a race? I remember seeing something youtube, but couldn't tell if the game wasjust DD hacked to look like 7 or what. But the bottom screen seemed like it was viewing your racer from various angles (like a gameplay movie or something) rather than the DS-styled map view and all that. EDIT: Ugh, never mind, answered my own question...took another look at all of the tracks. Turns out it was just a hacked DD game or something. Ah well.
@MiracleBlaze if you really want everypony to believe you, then post pics. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm still confused personally, but I guess it wouldn't matter if you just took a pic to prove it
If you don't have a job, then there is no way you can afford to buy games wholesale. And if you did have a bunch of copies, you could definitely make some money selling one to me and shipping it overnight.
@MiracleBlaze That still doesn't explain how you're getting all these copies of it and as well as that the way you talk about it makes it sound like you've been doing this a while but this is the first time you've mentioned getting a game this early like this. Also, I think you give ratings to games way too early. I would never rate a game that I've only played for an hour unless its really short, a simple puzzle game like Primrose or a simple action game like Pyoro. I might have an idea of what I'd score it but my opinion on a game can change when I play it more, especially with rpgs due to how long they are. Why does it day that you joined 3rd May 2011 when i click on your avatar? I remember seeing you here last year under your original username. @Adam He lives in the UK so it wouldn't work on your 3DS if he sent a copy to you due to the region locking.

Well, is here any reason to not include it? I mean, when i just want a quick race in SNES Rainbow Road theres no way i can but do the whole GP...Time Trial is boring. and if there are hackers, nearly useless.
I'm still not convinced that 1 player Vs. mode isn't in the game. I know it said multiplayer only on the website but it could be a mistake. Ask that dude who has the game already.

@Eureka - Basically, my reasoning is that because I don't have a job, I sell games on eBay so that I can get money, because I have no other way to do so. Therefore I bought Mario Kart 7 as wholesale and as the suppliers have the game before it's official release I got it about 3 days ago. Still, I haven't actually played it that much (Only about an hour) because I've been playing Skyward Sword, Tales of The Abyss and Super Mario 3D Land. Also there are no Online Servers up and for some reason I kinda feel guilty playing it before anyone else has it.
So these big shot suppliers trust a 12 year old with 20 copies of Mario Kart. pics or it didn't happen.

No one is going to hack your time trial records. If you are talking about comparing records with others, well, don't compare your records with someone who hacks.

Is there really any reason to include it? Let me answer that for you: Not really. Other than the obvious reasons, VS Mode being stripped doesn't really affect anyone in the long run. As long as gamers have some sort of substance to play with offline, local multiplayer, and a good looking online experience to enjoy, then this really isn't going to bother the majority.

I can't see how a 12 year old, who doesn't have a job, can afford to buy 20 games at once.

I still don't get it. No one is not going to hack your records. If you want to compare with other players' records, don't compare with hackers. Is there even a leader board online for time trials? If so, it sucks that that'll be made irrelevant IF the game is easily hacked, but even if so, just find a good time trial community or website.
They are probably trying to promote the heck out of the online aspect this time, and I think they're really hoping you find a community that is hacker-free.
