November 8th, 2017 EDIT: Hai! Since hosting the Kid Icarus: Uprising Tools website on Google is a thing of the past I've made it available to easily download from Google Drive. I don't know why I took the time to do this in 2017, but I'm sure it will be of use to some people still. As of now I have the best fusion calculator on the internet and I've spent alot of time on this years ago so please give it a try. (^_^)
Suprisingly enough, I was able to find the values of weapon modifiers. Created a value calculator program for those who would like to use it. Just click the link above.
Tell me, via comments, of any major problems or errors.
