Here is the general idea............................
12 players each with a different color set on their Mii (for easy recording of free for all matches) Round 1 12 players will battle is out 1v1, losers are out..... In a way. If you lose 3 matches against your opponent you will be sent to the consolation rounds. Round 2 Remaining 6 players battle it out in LvD matches where the losing team is out of the tourney. To win this round you have to "distructimate" the other team's angel 4 times Round 3 Final 4 will make it to the last free for all match. The player with the most points after 4 rounds of FFA wins. Consolation Rounds Same exact idea as Round 1 and 2 except the 6 players that lost will still have a 1/6 shot to recover in a completely separate division. This is where the extra player comes along in round 3.

Rules:
Best 3 out of 5 games, single elimination.
Redo rounds that end with a score of 0-0.
You can decide the time with your opponent.
Random Stage.
Items on, normal rate of appearance.
Banlist: (banlist subject to change, if you have any problems, say it)
Weapons: Brawlers, Raptors, Atlas Club, Eyetracks, Gemini, Taurus, Predator Cannon, Angel Bow, Capricorn Club
Powers: Slipshot, Bumblebee, Playing Dead, Trade-off
Aries Armor can be used if your opponent is fine by it, but not along with Libra Sponge.
Tourney bracket will be done randomly with challonge.
Registration will be open until 6 days from now (Friday Jan 25), then the brackets will be posted and you'll have to set up a time with your opponent.

My weapons aren't even that bad, they are the bare minimum to help me a little in battle, but they're all unfinished.

As proven by the 100v First Blade fights I had some days ago, both @Clay and @Tricoloryoshi can go toe to toe with me in terms of pure skill. Ruceyod probably can do so too, although I still haven't 1v1ed her. And I'm pretty sure you're also at my skill level.
