I didn't expect to do that well in that one match where I used my drill arm. I've had it for a long time and could never get the hang of using it, I'm not so great with melee weapons.

I just specifically fight whoever.
I just chose someone to specifically fight.
@gamecubeman please enlighten me with your knowledge on melee.
I'd like to improve in that area.

I don't usually stand still unless I'm using playing dead, or I'm tired out, or I'm spending a few seconds looking for my targets.

Well, if you want a balanced melee weapon, go with claws they are the only melee category that actually improves you speed. But if you want extremly poweful melee weapon go for an arm of a club. I recommend claws, when using claws it is important to find the right time and matter to strike you opponent. You will be better off if you strike him from behind then rather just charging him. The plus side of using claws as well is that rather that a 3 hit combo you have a 5 it combo which can be deal a good amount of damage if completed. Foward dash shots are REALLY devastating attacks with Claws too. So all of these thing are to be considered. @Tricoloryoshi
