Topic: Kid Icarus: Uprising Spotpass Weapons

@LordJumpMad You're flying in the boss battle, so powers won't help you there. I know how you feel about skipping monsters, but you're gonna need to in order to have a good chance. I use some artillery claws with +3 shot defense and 4 stars range, but I haven't 9.0ed many levels yet (trying to finish the viridi treasure hunt first.) I use Super armor, health recovery, crisis recovery, and effect recovery.

Also, just beat Ch. 11 with no damage !

@LordJumpMad try to avoid standing in one place too long. With bosses just keep dodging until you see an opening, then use your standing charge shot. Try using the brief invincibility power too if you see a really powerful attack you can't avoid coming. Crisis recovery can also be a lifesaver. I forget which boss it is, so I can edit this in a minute.

Okay. Flying boss battle vs. SPOILERS! Medusa END SPOILERS!. Powers won't work here so use powers like suoer speed to get through the level quickly and taking little damage. Then try and use a weapon with a high ranged value. But don't use something like a club with this. Also, high charge shots help (but not dash or standing as you cant do that while flying). When she is warping in the beginning try and just avoid fire and send charge shots at her. Then launch an attack on her of either con. fire, or I prefer charge shots. When she chases after you (the head) try and just use continious fire. Also, save the blue ●s for here, they guarantee to hit her. When she flies back, you know what to do.

Double item is a savior, giving you the ability to fill up half of your hearts with one food item, though I haven't gotten around to beating it myself.

@RPGShaymin ...Or you could just use the recovery effect modifier... :3.
The 3DS was crapped on at E3, no new game announcements, no nothing :l. Was really looking forward to Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, and maybe a Legend of Zelda game... but instead, we got 3 FREAKIN MARIO RELATED GAMES!!! I am SO pissed off right now :l. I am looking forward to Sticker Star and maybe Dark Moon, but another NSMB? Really?

Yeah....I'm sick of the New Mario games...Wii U version just looks like...erm, another Wii game....and the 3DS one is just using another excuse to give you ten bazillion lives to make the game super easy. But yeah....Paper Mario and Dark Moon I'm going for.

EDIT: Oh yeah....and one more thing...
I'M SICK OF THE "LA LA LA!" MUSIC!!! lol
It was nice at first seeing all of the enemies dancing to that music at first, but SHEESH, change the theme already! xD

@Eureka NSMBU looks ok... but probably not getting NSMB2 (unless that co-op single player is wifi-enabled :3.

Probably complaining about me complaining about Mario, lol. I'm in a complaining kinda mood, I'll keep it Uprising related.

Dodging doesn't work half the time for me!....Yeah, there we go. >.>

Crystal Bow

Melee defense +1, Knockback defense +1, Paralysis +3, Speed +1, Side-dash cont. fire +1

These are my currently used weapons. They are also what I am using for Spotpass.

Haven't found any +6 mods! Somehow, I've found this palm more powerful in single player, while this bow is more powerful in multiplayer.

I'm not complaining. Just came in here to read up on Kid Icarus Spotpass gems after coming from the depressing 3DS Presentation thread. Carry on :3

I have to really start forming my Spotpass gems to get better items to wipe Tech out...

@GreenDream Um are these spotpass weapons, or your own for mass destruction?
We generally say what they are, so I'm assuming they are your own.

lol....seriously though dodging is a pain for me. Like with the Heart boss, I can dodge the first time when it goes into a charging rampage, but after that it doesn't seem to work and it keeps hitting me. T.T
