I bought a 2DS today as a gift for a friend's children and had to set up an NNID to be able to download demos. I set it up in their name but would prefer them to do it themselves. I've not added any funds or downloaded paid games. Just demos and youtube. I want to keep the demos on the system.

You will lose any content registered under the NNID, including E-Shop purchases.
