So, I have my 3dsXL for like 7 years... And I've played a lot, but someday i normaly played and I turn off my console, and qhen i've tried to turn on, my 2 screens are different, the big one hava turn into black, and the small, was like strange (I dn't know how to explain, but you can see on the photos).
Does this happen every single time you turn it on? If so, it looks like a cable has either become damaged or loose. This might possibly be repairable but it would of course require cracking the console open.
Hang on to your youthful enthusiasms - you'll be able to use them better when you're older.
