If you thought Lunatic+'s difficulty was a joke, even with DLC, you are a better man than me. Even with maxed out characters, many maps were difficult to beat without losing characters.
A person without a sense of humor is like a wagon without springs. It's jolted by every pebble on the road.
Well I try not to use it early on in the game. Lunatic+ is unfair, enemies have Iron and steel weapons earlier, Luna and Pavise+, and Dragonskin destroy me. I still can't get past chapter 10. Gangrel keeps killing Chrom and Virion. My only saving grace was Nowi but she was killed by that Sage.
Sooooo...you don't even know if DLC makes Lunatic+ a joke. I guess you were talking about the easier difficulty settings when you made that post. In that case, I agree---DLC makes the easy difficulty settings a joke (Though you still have to grind a bit.)

I know DLC breaks Lunatic+ from experience . Once you hit chapter 4 you can go and grind on EXPonential growth to gain many levels up. You can also use The Golden Gaffe to gain money and buy spotpass characters or their weapons. Right now i'm doing a Lunatic+ run with no DLC.
@MajesticPaladin - I never used that DLC, I figured it would break the game. The Champions of Yore, Bloodlines, Smash Brethren and Rogues and Redeemers that I used didn't do too much, just kept me able to keep going, well at least till I beat chapter 25.

WOW!
I never thought there would be so many people playing Fire emblem!
I am a new comer to this website but I have finished the game . I am replaying it now to try different relationships between the charas and to rescue all the charas i have killed by mistake the previous time which are nearly all the charas that you are suppose to talk to =/
Got and beat my first StreetPass battle today. It was neat that you get to recruit your opponent's avatar after winning (even though they can't build relationships).
Also beat Paralogue 16, where you get Nah. I never would have thought that there would have been a haunted mansion map (easily one of the game's most unique maps).

I have gotten a few Streetpass battle. All of them were pretty weak, and everyone seems to turn their avatar into a Sorcerers, and they were all females, looks like no one picks the male.
For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...

Sorcerers are very tanky and having healing magic. As for the gender, people really like Galeforce, even though some don't know it's useless in spotpass since people will restart the game if their unit dies.

Their character was a female, but she was actually Hero class.
As for their strength, they were pretty comparable to my characters, but it still wasn't hard, since they didn't team up.
